Terms of service

Ultra SEO reads data from the advertising, analytics and store accounts a workspace connects, shows that data, and proposes changes. A proposed change is applied to a connected account only after a person with the right role approves it, or under an automatic rule a workspace owner has switched on.

Ultra SEO is invite only. You sign in with the Google account your invitation was sent to and you are responsible for activity under it. Workspace owners decide who is invited and what role each person has.

You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for following the terms of each platform you connect, including Google, Meta and Shopify.

The data in your connected accounts stays yours. You give us permission to read, store and process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Recommendations are drafted with the help of artificial intelligence and can be wrong. They are suggestions, not professional advice, and we do not promise any advertising or sales result.

You are responsible for the changes you approve and for the automatic rules you switch on, including the advertising spend that results. Review each proposal before approving it.

Do not use Ultra SEO to break the law or a platform's advertising policies, to access accounts you are not authorized to manage, to probe or disrupt the service, or to copy or resell it without our written agreement.

Ultra SEO is currently provided without charge to invited workspaces. If fees are introduced, we will agree them with the workspace owner in writing before they apply.

Ultra SEO is under active development. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may suspend access that puts the service or other workspaces at risk.

You can stop using Ultra SEO at any time. A workspace owner can disconnect accounts on the Connections page and can ask us to delete the workspace. We may end access with notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

Ultra SEO is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or advertising spend, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

If we change these terms we will update the effective date above, and we will tell workspace owners by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Ultra SEO after that means you accept the new terms.
